In consideration of your acceptance, I hereby agree as follows:

My vessel will be equipped to conform to all USGC and US SAILING safety requirements and those of the fleet in which I compete.

I agree to comply with all rules and instructions issued by SCYA and the host yacht club. I hereby release the SCYA, any host yacht club or participating sailing association, its officers, agents and committee persons, from any and all liability for any injury to myself, crew or yacht, arising out my participation in this regatta to the extent that such release does not discharge my insurance carrier under the provisions of the insurance policies on my vessel.

I assume any risk of injury or death arising out of my participation in the regatta, failure or breakage of my vessel or any of its equipment, or weather conditions.

I own or have chartered the yacht entered and I am a member in good standing of a Yacht Club or Association recognized by SCYA.
