This perpetual trophy is presented to the San Diego Yacht Club on behalf of the participants of the Junior Program. It is in memory of Tailleur McGreevy, a junior program participant for five years who was also a Junior Board member. Tailleur was an outstanding role model for junior sailors as she was not ever solely concerned with winning a race, but sought to encourage and assist friends and enjoy their companionship.

CONDITIONS
This perpetual trophy will be awarded annually to the member of the Junior Program who exhibits a true sense of camaraderie and guidance to fellow sailors on and off the water. The recipient will be decided upon as a result of a vote taken of the participants of the summer program at its close and will be recognized at the Junior Program Award Dinner in the fall. Thus, members of the Junior Program will be acknowledging the contributions of one of their peers to the positive environment of junior sailing at the San Diego Yacht Club.

VOTING
Each 2011 San Diego Yacht Club Junior Summer Program participant may vote once.
