Cruising Vancouver Island in 2005 with my wife and both sets of parents.

ABOUT THE CREW:
Jim Wade - Ran a submarine Navigation crew and made 7 Deterrent patrols back in the late 60's and early 70's, Aerospace engineer for 33 years. Julie Wade - Wife and person in charge of my life. Karissa Wade - daughter working in real estate in Austin, Texas. Fourth crew member is TBD.

REASON FOR PURCHASING THIS BOAT:
The ocean crossing capabilities of the boat.

PREVIOUS BOATS OWNED:
21 foot SeaRay and a 22 foot SeaRay.

INTEREST IN THE FUBAR ODYSSEY:
The fact that there are a number of vessels making the trip which greatly reduces the risk to a fairly inexperienced crew.

BOATING STORY:
When we were first using the boat, the fuel valves were not configured correctly and we were awakened by my brother-in-law to find that we were listing heavily to port. He was afraid we were sinking. After a call to the boat builder and a little research, we fixed the issue and pumped fuel to correct the list.
