How to reach us Return to SDYC / 2003 CR914 Championship WebsiteSan Diego Yacht Club Website

San Diego Yacht Club welcomes the CR914 Model Yacht Class to another year of Championship Racing. In 2003 we hosted the National Championships in La Playa Cove, adjacent to our Club facilities. The San Diego temperature of 70°F, 5 - 10 knots of WSW wind and fair skies should accomodate us with good sailing and partying weather. Our local fleet averages 33 sailing days (297 races) a year.

San Diego Yacht Club is located only 5 minutes from Lindbergh International Airport and we have many fine hotels in our proximity.

Come early and stay late on your visit to San Diego and take advantage of our famous Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, The Maritime / Aerospace / Art Museums, the Gaslamp Quarter, Golfing, Sportfishing, the Mountains and Deserts and shopping in Tijuana.

You will note on the "Notice of Race" form that the regatta will be limited to (23) 75MHz, (6) 27MHz , and (open) 2.4 MHz Band entries. Get your forms in early to ensure your registration. A reference registration packet will be mailed to you upon receipt of your "Entry Form".
