Join us on the third Friday of each month for social sailing in SDYC’s fleet of J/22 sailboats.
Meet on I-Dock at 5pm to learn the basics of rigging a J/22. You will then head out with a skipper in a J/22 into La Playa. PFDs (life preservers) are required. Please bring a PFD to wear; a limited number are available to loan.
Come prepared for a casual evening sail, meet new members, and enjoy sailing the J22s. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket as the temperature drops in the evening. You are welcome to bring something to drink with your new friends. We will shake off the week and casually sail together followed by a drink and good company in the bar.
Please register so the organizers can get a head count for boats and skippers.
