Chick and Alexis Pyle have been SDYC members since 1994. Their boating adventures are diverse and fulfilling, including numerous victories in racing, culminating in two North American Championships aboard their J120 CC Rider and their Beneteau 36.7 Kea. When not racing they cruised for 10 winters in the Caribbean, exploring and living aboard their Passport sloop Rigole’, experiencing many adventures in various island nations.
For the last 25 summers they have cruised the fascinating New England coastline, bays, inlets and islands, with a special interest in the rugged and picturesque waters of Maine. Their sailing explorations eventually evolved into motor cruising on their Back Cove Sasha. Their tales and photos of the downeast experience in lobstah land will be the evening’s entertainment.
