Join your Cruising Fleet friends as we return to one of our favorite locations: Loews Resort at Coronado Cays
We'll have slips for many of the boats with the overflow anchoring at the turning basin near the Coronado Cays YC. Please sign up early and we'll be conducting a raffle for the available slips on April 13, two weeks before the Cruise. It will be a great weekend with plenty of time to relax at the resort and the Cays.
FRIDAY EVENING
We have planned a entertaining happy hour with hosted appetizers (no host bar) in the Loews resort. It will be a memorable evening and all are welcome to join us. If you're not boating, there is the option of staying at the Loews hotel; call the lobby and mention the SDYC Cruising Fleet (or Kemp Ruffner) to get special weekend rate.
SATURDAY
Free-time and you may arrange facials, massages or other resort activities on your own. Saturday night will be shared appetizers aboard the docked boats - BYOB.
SUNDAY MORNING
W'll arrange to have some 'eye-openers' for everyone.
SLIP LOTTERY: April 13
At this point, we have several large slips promised for our use, but probably not enough for all the boats. There will be a lottery drawing for slips on April 13 among those persons that have signed up. The slip fees will be distributed among those staying at the Loews docks.
Persons that miss-out on the slip lottery or simply wish to anchor in the Coronado Cays basin are free to do so, no anchoring permits are required.
