Join the Cruising Fleet for the May Cruise to La Playa Cove

To anchor in La Playa cove for the weekend, you will need to obtain a free permit from the Port of San Diego. If you have never obtained one before, you will also need to register your boat online. If you have done so before, you should be in their system already so getting your pass will be streamed lined. Passes are limited so get your pass early.

Port Authority Reservations

FRIDAY MAY 19th

1:00 to 4:00 PM Raft Up (VHF 78)

6:00 p.m.

• Dinner at Bally Hai Restaurant (Walk or Drive. Pay direct to restaurant. Select one of the reservation times on registration sheet: 6:00 pm, 6:30 pm, or 7:00 pm). Numbers for each time slot are limited.

SATURDAY MAY  20th

11:00 to 2:00 PM

• Lunch on your own
• Dinghy poker run. Prizes for the top 3 hands. (Details and map will be provided)

2:00 to 4:00 PM

• Turn in your poker hand sheets (back of Eric and Yvonne’s boat, Devocean)
• Dinghy raft up behind Devoean for live music (Bruce Gresham’s band) and sing along.

4:00 to 5:30 PM

• Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. (Boat to be determined)
• Dinner on your own.

SUNDAY MAY 21st

• Rafts break up and boats return to home ports.
