TYLER SINKS:
Winner of the 2023 Lipton Cup, and the Rolex New York Yacht Club Invitational Cup Tyler Sinks is no stranger to competition. Tyler grew up sailing in San Diego, having been a member of the Point Loma High School Sailing Team. He was six years old when he first went sailing, and never looked back. First in Sabots and then in Snipes crewing for his Dad. Having been on SDYC's Junior Sailing Team, he was a junior board member in 1999 as a Director, 2000 & 2002 as a Sabot A Fleet Captain, 2005 Doublehanded Fleet Captain. Attending Boston College, he was a three-time All-American and a four-time national champion on the college’s varsity sailing team. Multiple races and wins were under his belt that lead up to the win at the Rolex New York Yacht Club Invitational Cup, he has many stories and experiences to share.
