Please come hear from our 2nd female Commodore, Jerelyn Biehl at our January dinner. Jerelyn is a native San Diegan raised in a sailing family on San Diego waters. The youngest of 3, she's sailed in dinghies since before she was born, racing and cruising around the world since then. Did you know her parents started The Boat Shop/Sailing Supply in the front of Ballas Sails in what is now SDYC's North lot in the early 70s? Her two sons have followed in her footsteps, and continue to carry on the family sailing heritage. Jerelyn will speak to her thoughts on SDYC for the coming year based upon history and heritage, keeping the SDYC legacy strong.
